Here's what happened to us: My husband and I met Danuta on May 3rd, she listed our house on May 4th then called with an interested cash buyer May 5th after which we signed an accepted offer on May 9th! Holy hi-speed, Batman! I say check the definition of "good real estate mojo" in any dictionary and you'll find a picture of Danuta Bialy. The house sold so quickly -- and, I might add, for an unusually good price -- that we found ourselves homeless. But not for long! Danuta wouldn't rest until she had us in our dream home and made sure that, on a daily basis, we had the pick of the crop when it came to current listings. She arranged a viewing of the perfect place on May 17th and was there when we signed our accepted offer on May 18th!
